McDonanld's $1 Day at the Zoo
Saturday, Aug. 11 • 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Activities scheduled from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Ronald McDonaldOn Saturday, Aug. 11, all you need to have a great day at the zoo is $1! Admission to Dickerson Park Zoo will be $1 for all ages; gates are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You do not need any type of special coupon from McDonald's for the discounted admission.

McDonald's Dollar Day activities from
10 a.m.-2 p.m. will include

  • a scavenger hunt for the kids,
  • $1 face painting booth, and
  • tours of the Tooth Truck.

The zoo will also offer $1 specials on soft drinks and popcorn. McDonald's Dollar Day is presented by Dickerson Park Zoo, Springfield-Greene County Park Board and McDonald's.
